One of our clients, John Ferrell, describes how an idea that sprung from conversations with other entrepreneurs in his workshop group quickly turned into a goal of learning how to fly. As he built on this goal, year by year, expanding his capabilities, he developed incredible new opportunities that have extended his community and enriched his life.
