Mary Miller
Mary Miller is a highly successful entrepreneur from Cincinnati who, in partnership with her husband, Tony, has created Jancoa Janitorial Services Inc., a thriving and progressive commercial janitorial service. In 2001 and 2002, Jancoa was honored by the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce for a “Commitment to Excellence,†and in 2003, won the award for Small Business of the Year. The company is also the recipient of the William R. Burleigh Leadership Award (2002), and in 2004 was recognized for their innovation by the Goering Center at the University of Cincinnati.
Though Jancoa is a commercial janitorial business, what Mary and Tony have actually created is an educational and human development company. Most important to them is helping their employees, the majority unskilled immigrants, become contributing citizens and fulfilled employees. In the process, they are revolutionizing their industry and are experiencing unprecedented success as a result.
As a speaker and facilitator, Mary spreads her positive attitude and sense of humor to inspire passion in people’s lives. Using Strategic Coach® concepts and tools, she consistently innovates new and different ways to create value for her clients and her team. She is known for her energy, her desire to learn, and for her commitment to helping others realize their uniqueness and power. A participant in the Strategic Coach® Program since 1991, Mary is currently in the Strategic Coach® Masters program and also attends quarterly sessions of Coach2®, an advanced program focused on the unique packaging of the entrepreneurial business.
Mary and Tony make their home in Cincinnati, where they are involved in several community projects and organizations. They are the proud parents of five grown children and have four grandchildren.
