Once every 90 days, you completely remove yourself from your business and the demands of your everyday life to participate in a one-day workshop that puts the focus on you — your goals, your plans, and your progress.
You’ll join other entrepreneurs from a variety of industries as you learn skills and strategies that will transform your business and personal life. Strategic Coach workshops are taught by experienced entrepreneurs who are also long–time participants in the Program.
Each session includes structured conversations between participants, in pairs and small groups, so you learn from one another. Part of each session is spent reviewing your progress and creating an action plan for the next three months, and part is spent learning new tools, concepts and ways of thinking that create new breakthroughs.

- Program levels. The strongest learning takes place when entrepreneurs with similar challenges and resources are grouped together. That’s why we offer the Strategic Coach Program at different qualifying income levels: $100-199K, $200-499K, $500K+, and in the U.K., ÂŁ80,000+. This allows you to benefit from the encouragement and insights of others who truly understand the challenges and opportunities you face. You can participate in several different locations, including our offices in Toronto, Chicago, and London, U.K., and many other locations across North America.
- Powerful concepts. You’ll be introduced to new concepts and strategies that help you clarify your vision of what you’d like your life to look like. You’ll establish clear goals and improvement ideas as well as deadlines and plans for achieving them. You will learn how to be more creative and productive in fewer work days. You will gain more time to focus on the most important money–making relationships. You will learn how to immunize your business from competition, and establish a system of habits that helps you achieve higher–level economic relationships.
- Inspiring coaches. All of our entrepreneur coaching is delivered by successful business owners who are also long-time participants in the Strategic Coach Program. They choose to coach for us because they’ve used the same tools they’re teaching you to transform their own companies, and because they have a natural ability and a passion for helping others to excel.
- Peer group support. You benefit from the experiences of other successful and dedicated entrepreneurs from a diversity of industries and geographical locations, and are encouraged to stay in contact between workshops via an online forum for further support.
