Strategic Coach® was the first company to offer entrepreneur coaching, and we’ve had over 20 years of experience creating a Program that works with the unique strengths, challenges, and demands of successful, growth-focused entrepreneurs. The Strategic Coach® Program, developed by Dan Sullivan over 30 years, is based on insights gained by working with over 13,000 entrepreneurs. The Program is a proven, results-producing process that helps you draw from what you already know and use it to create a bigger, more satisfying future for you and your business.
Every 90 days, Strategic Coach participants meet in Toronto, Chicago, London, or one of our many other locations, for a one-day workshop with a group of committed, like-minded entrepreneurs and an experienced coach. All Strategic Coach workshops are led by entrepreneur coaches who are, themselves, clients at advanced levels in the Program. These successful entrepreneurs have many years of experience using our tools and concepts to grow their own businesses, and they continue to be leaders in their respective industries. Workshops consist of a series of focusing exercises, regular reviews of progress and planning for the next quarter, and sharing with peers to increase learning and accountability.
Progress builds in stages, and after three years of the Program, or 12 quarterly workshops, most entrepreneurs have significantly transformed themselves and their businesses to support greater productivity, unlimited growth, and greatly expanded personal freedom.
